2016 Reflections Theme: What Is Your Story?

Each fall, Ephesus PTA sponsors voluntary participation in an arts program that gives students the opportunity to express themselves artistically based on a common theme.  Students can create original works in any of six arts areas -- visual arts, photography, literature, dance choreography, film production, or musical composition. Each entry should be a new work of art, inspired by the year's theme and created expressly for this program. Completed works of art should be left in the Reflections box in the Atrium. Each artwork must be accompanied by the Student Entry Form, which is on the reverse of the flyer each student received. There are also extra entry forms in a folder near the Reflections box in the Atrium.

All students will be recognized for their participation at an Artist's celebration later this fall, and their art will be displayed at school. In addition, entries will be judged at school against others in the same age-group, and award-winning entries will advance to the next level of judging at the district, state and national level.

Detailed rules for each arts category can be found here http://ncpta.org/index.php/programs/reflections-arts-program/
