Fund It Fast is Our annual
PTA giving campaign.
Our school depends on this single fundraising drive to support critical school programs, community events, classroom innovations, and supplies as well as emergency assistance to Ephesus staff and families.
YOU SHOULD KNOW: Our fundraiser is unique because every dollar raised goes straight to the PTA and into the school. We don't use outside third-party fundraising efforts that take a percentage of funds raised. YOUR DOLLARS COUNT.

The funding that I get from our state funds is $1-2 per kid for art supplies for the whole year! I supplement this budget with grants and donated supplies, but the Ephesus PTA really makes the magic happen. The PTA discretionary funds significantly increases the art budget and allows me to purchase more and better supplies for our creative students. And, these funds come directly from our Fund It Fast fundraiser (so simple!). I’m so thankful for our amazing PTA!

The PTA has also helped me procure book sets for teachers and other critical resources through discretionary funds and grants, allowing me to extend my budget and respond to needs quickly. Although I am lucky to have a district-provided budget for books, it quickly runs out and when popular titles release (like the new Diary of a Wimpy Kid), I can count on the PTA to step in and ensure our students have those exciting books. Their ongoing support makes a huge difference for our library and our school community.

At our school, even the pre-K teachers are included in receiving funds raised by the PTA! Over the years we’ve used these funds to supplement cooking projects, help students build background knowledge by involving them in real life materials of study like apples and pumpkins, caterpillars and butterflies. We’ve also used the funds to help enhance our playground materials, to build our multicultural book collection and to add to our classroom learning activities.
