PTA Discretionary Funds for all classrooms

The PTA is grateful to be able to offer discretionary funds to support all Ephesus classrooms. If you have questions about your discretionary funds, please email our treasurer at treasurer@ephesuspta.org.

Use the PTA check request form to submit reiumbursement requests. Please print, fill in and sign, then scan and email to treasurer@ephesuspta.org with scanned receipts.

You can also pick up a paper copy of the PTA check request form in the PTA mailbox in the main office and then leave the completed form with attached receipts in the PTA mailbox.

PSF Grant Help


The PTA would love to offer help and support to any Ephesus staff wanting to apply for a Public School Foundation (PSF) grant. If you have a specific or general idea of something you might want a PSF grant to support, we can help! Please complete this short google form and we will connect you with a volunteer to help you get a grant submitted.


The first set of PSF deadlines are September 30 so please reach out for a PTA helper by September 20 if you want to apply for the fall grants to allow time for collaboration. We can also be flexible on this date. Please email (president@ephesuspta.org) with any questions.
