PTA Discretionary Funds for All Classrooms
The PTA is grateful to be able to offer discretionary funds to support all Ephesus classrooms. If you have questions about your discretionary funds, please email our treasurer at treasurer@ephesuspta.org.
💲REIMBURSEMENT💲- To request reimbursement, please complete the reimbursement request online form within 10 business days of payment to ensure accurate and timely accounting on our end.
If you have an invoice and need the PTA to purchase directly from a vendor, please complete the pre-purchase authorization online form at least 2 days before the purchase is needed. For urgent matters, an email with the confirmed amount, date of service/product, and business can be accepted with an invoice to follow as soon as possible.
PTA Grants
PTA grant applications are rolling submission (apply year-round). Please apply if you have any ideas for projects or supplies we can help fund beyond discretionary funds. Please submit your application on this short google form.
Grants can cover all kinds of things. Some past examples we have funded include a visiting artist, creating a collaborative mural, books for women’s history month, and new clothes for children in need.
We will alert the staff towards the end of the 2025 spring semester before submissions close.

PSF Grant Help
The PTA would love to offer help and support to any Ephesus staff wanting to apply for a Public School Foundation (PSF) grant. If you have a specific or general idea of something you might want a PSF grant to support, we can help! We will send out information about our volunteer support before each PSF deadline.
